Refund Policy

Owen & Finch has a standard 30-day return policy. This means you can return your order within 30 days without any worries. You only pay the return shipping costs. Want to return a product? Please contact info@owenfinch.nl.

Return product for refund
It is of course possible to return a product for a refund of the purchase price.
However, for this to happen, the return shipment must meet a number of requirements:

  • You have a 30-day return period. You may be eligible for a refund if you submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused. You may inspect and evaluate the product just as you would in a physical store.
  • First, you must submit a return request by contacting info@owenfinch.nl
  • After you have received approval for your return request, you must return the package to us within 30 days.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition including the original and undamaged packaging.
  • Returns must be securely packaged, properly taped, and returned free of tears and leaks.
  • The contents of the package are not supposed to shift during shipping.
  • The product must be returned in full (including any accessories).

Are you not satisfied with your purchase, but have you already used the product?
In case of signs of use, missing parts or accessories and damaged (opened) packaging, you are no longer entitled to a refund of the full purchase price.

If your return receives a negative assessment from our returns department, you can receive a refund of up to 50% of the purchase price. You can also choose to have the return shipped to you. The shipping costs for this shipping are your responsibility and must be paid in advance.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For proper processing, this must be included with both your return request and the returned order.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • An item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to a defect.

Certain goods cannot be returned.
Goods with a limited shelf life, such as groceries, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or personal items, hazardous materials, flammable substances, or gases.

Which products cannot be exchanged?

  • Consumables such as lamps, batteries and fluids;
  • Dishwasher tablets;
  • Vouchers or credit notes;
  • Items received more than 30 days ago;
  • Items received more than 100 days ago, where the packaging has been opened;
  • Items that are used, damaged or incomplete;
  • Items whose packaging is missing.

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons:

  • Sanitary goods for personal care;
  • Swimwear;
  • Care products;
  • Hair products;
  • Products that come into direct contact with the skin.

If we receive the above-mentioned items back, we will not process them. You will also be responsible for the shipping costs if we send the item back to you.

Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days. If rejected, we will notify you of the return's rejection and any potential refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. It may take a while for your refund to appear. If necessary, contact your bank to inquire about the processing time.

If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us. We'll quickly investigate why the refund hasn't been credited.

Dispatch
To return your product, please contact us at info@owenfinch.nl with your return request. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

The delivery time of your exchanged product may vary depending on our stock and the processing of the returned product.

When shipping a valuable item, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Because you, as the shipper, are responsible for the item shipped, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
