Warranty Policy
Our warranty terms apply only to manufacturing defects. Damage or problems resulting from improper use or any form of wear and tear are not covered by any warranty.
Always check your order carefully
Please report any product defects to us within two days of delivery. After this period, we can no longer determine whether this is a manufacturing defect or due to improper use or installation. If a product is damaged when it is unpacked, please contact customer service immediately. This also applies if any parts are missing or incorrectly delivered.
Has one of our products become defective?
To claim under the warranty, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after discovering the problem. Please include a photo of the defect so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Warranty after use
Owen & Finch products are suitable for normal daily use, meaning you can often enjoy them. For products to be covered by the warranty, they must be used normally. Incorrect use of the products will immediately void the warranty. Incorrect use includes, but is not limited to:
- Do not have products installed by a professional.
- Failure to install products correctly.
- Products not properly maintained.
- Not cleaning products properly.
- Clean products with more than warm water and a soft cloth.
- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents for cleaning.
- Use hard cloths or sponges for cleaning.
- Damage caused by contact with jewelry.
At Owen & Finch, we offer a standard seller's and manufacturer's warranty. To do this, please contact us within two days of purchase, so we can send you the updated terms and conditions and prices for each specific product. We offer the following warranty on all Owen & Finch products:
- Finish warranty: 10 years
- Cartridge warranty: 3 years
- Parts warranty: 2 years
To maintain the sanitary facilities, we recommend regular cleaning with mild soap and a soft cloth.
To prevent limescale buildup, we recommend having a water softener installed by a certified installer. Email info@owenfinch.nl for more information.
