Delivery

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, shipping takes 1 to 2 business days after ordering, provided the order is in stock. When the order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace notification so you can track your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust the delivery time or date. If this is possible, the recipient can contact the carrier using the Track & Trace to schedule a (new) delivery.

We manage the entire product range on our website ourselves and also personally handle the preparation for shipment. Shipping is via PostNL or DHL for heavier orders. Shipping costs remain the same with a different carrier. All products in our webshop ship free of charge to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Although we maintain our inventory with the utmost care, it's possible that a product may be out of stock after purchase. In this highly unlikely event, we will contact you immediately and offer a suitable solution. You can choose from the following three options:

  • Immediate full purchase amount refund;
  • Waiting for arrival of new stock;
  • Replacement product of equal value, difference refund or additional payment.
