Return Procedure

Step 1: Complete the returns form included with your order and note the reason for return. Also include your proof of purchase/invoice.

Step 2 : Place the products neatly and cleanly back in the original box and add the return form.

Step 3 Take the package to a PostNL location

Step 4 : We'll take care of the rest!

If you no longer have the original shipping box, please arrange for a sturdy box to ensure the product remains undamaged.

UNTIL WHEN CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS?

The 30-day return period begins the day after you receive your order. This period is registered by the carrier. During the return period, you have the right of withdrawal, which allows you to return the items you received without obligation. After this period, returns are no longer possible, and the purchase is final.

WHAT IF THE DELIVERED ITEM IS DAMAGED?

We recommend checking the item for defects immediately upon receipt. If the item appears damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED IS IN MY ACCOUNT?

We will refund the entire purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notification. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them back.
